Piotr has met all targets and performed well again this year. In view of the immediate transfer of operations from DXC to BEKB, this HR process is considered obsolete. Therefore, the performance feedback will be fully reflected in a corresponding job reference, which is currently in progress alongside this process. ❞

FY22 Mid-Year Review

❝ On track regarding agreed goal settings. Interesting move towards an improved operations monitoring with [File Transfer Application]. We discussed possible future assignments for Piotr to experience something new besides [File Transfer Application] in the digitalization area and further later in containerization (NewCo). Its is intended to start within the digitalization area in December 21/January 22. We also discussed the current situation of the BEKB account and the situation of BEKB RunOff / NewCo and outlined the upcoming months. ❞

This year Piotr continued his journey as a digital evangelist and ultimate gained the DXC wide certificate as an Industrialized AI Master. Herein again congratulations for this achievement! I think it is important to thrieve for new knowledge, technology & methods to keep up with the pace of todays IT. As before Piotr shows full passion gaining all those abilities. In the Banking Service Center Piotr was (and still) is literally fighting with our proprietary solution [File Transfer Application]. There he is pushing with every effort towards a fully automated solution. If the FMO migration succeeds, then we should be there. The way to reach this goal is very though but I’m certain that Piotr will reach it at some point soon with his technical talent and expertise. One very important point to focus is also the surrounding constraints – here mainly DC Move. Because of the political and contractual importance, its fulfillment takes precedence, even if cutbacks in the solution, perhaps even ugly hacks or even worse manual tinkering, become necessary. Here it is still important to shift down a gear, to take time for the project manager and other employees in order to provide support on the whole. Nevertheless, even with delays, I am sure that Piotr will come up with an elegant and excellent solution in the end. From this point even with current project status Piotr is exceeding MANY and not only some expectations for me. Thank you & keep on with your engagement ❞

He was crucial for the solutioning of the BEKB renewal with broad focus in a different range of [Banking System][v3/v4] applications & modules. Most importantly the large scale application [Documents' Output Application] needs to be named here. The BEKB deal represents a [big money, long term] contract with strong termination clauses and is very key in NCE. For further success it is important that Piotr further holds up to his high standards and delivers solutions in aforementioned areas of this particular transformation project. ❞
